The founder, is very involved in the ConfigMgr/Intune user community and provides webinars and how to/troubleshooting videos for much more than their own PatchMyPC product. The support team is very responsive and their knowledge base more than often has the answer to any hiccups you might run into. I like everything about the product (large catalog, ease of use/setup, auto app packaging), but the PatchMyPC team is probably my favorite thing about the product. Oh, and they are constantly following up AND implementing user community improvement suggestions and feature requests. Right from the beginning when we first engaged with PatchMyPC, you could tell they wanted to make the trial and transition as easy as possible. They offer a large amount of free videos on how to be successful with your Windows management journey. They are strong contributors to the Microsoft ConfigMgr (SCCM/MECM) community. Cannot forget to mention how awesome the team behind PatchMyPC is. Very large catalog of 3rd party products that it supports and it's not just patches, they also auto package apps for deployments and task sequences (in ConfigMar) as well! It's a no brainer compared to other comparable tools.
